- CONTACT INFORMATION -

You can reach Pampered Pet Sitting By Penny by phone or Email. The phone number is 239 332-PETS (7387). Your pet is very important to me so if you call and reach my voicemail please leave a message with your name, location, phone numbers where you can be reached during the day and evening, what type of pet care you are interested in and when you will be going away. I check my messages regularly and will call you back as soon as possible. My email address is pennyspetsitting@embarqmail.com. Kindly provide the same information as above in you message. I check my email a minimum of three times a day and will respond as quickly as I can.

- INITIAL CONSULTATION -

This is where I meet you and your pets and you meet me. Any questions or concerns you have can be addressed at this time. I will obtain all the information from you regarding the care of your pets such as their feeding schedule, favorite games/toys, hiding or sleeping spots and any medicating needs. We will also go over your house care instructions such as watering plants, adjusting lights and bringing in mail/paper, etc. All paperwork such as the service agreement and vet release will be completed at this time. I will also pick up keys and payment at this time. This meeting is for new clients only and there is no charge.

- KEYS -

Two sets of keys are required. One set is kept locked in my office while the other is with me. I like to be prepared for any type of emergency so that is the reason for two keys. When you return, I suggest you allow me to keep both sets to make it easier to set up future service. All that will be needed is a phone call or email.

- PAYMENT -

Only cash and checks are accepted at the present time.
